Richard spent 40 years in Canada and The United States as a professional manager. He served as President of Sumner Press in Windsor where he started his career as an apprentice printer.
His most recent employment was in the contract engineering field where he served as Executive Vice President of a Windsor firm and then completed his full-time career as President and C.E.O. of a Southfield, Michigan company.
He is very active in the community on a local and national scale and has served as President of United Way, Hospice, The Windsor Jewish Community Council and many other organizations. This included a 10 year term as a Member of the Board of Governors of the University of Windsor as well as serving as Chair of the Windsor Planning Board. He is a charter member of the Windsor Roseland Rotary Club and currently serves as a Member of the Board of the Centres for Seniors.
He earned a BA and MBA from the University of Windsor.
Now that he has "retired", Richard is writing articles for Biz X capitalizing on his experience and sharing some of his business and life philosophies in this publication.
