Local Artist are part of our community who purchase goods
and services; they are part of the economic engine. The Arts are an industry;
they are an integral part of the local economy. Artists are in competition with
big box stores that sell cheap, fast reproductions made overseas that don't
support the local economy directly. Local art creates heritage and captures
local history that defines who are community is.
