Local mum + parenting coach, Christine Marion-Jolicoeur
will be running a Joyful Parenting workshop for mums who are struggling with
mummy guilt, perfectionism, frustration and feeling overwhelmed, being shouty
with their kids and never having any time for themselves.
When: Wednesdays in
April from 6:30 - 8 pm (the first 4 weeks)

Children's Consignment Boutique (11958 Tecumseh Rd East in Tecumseh)
What: It's part
support group and part mum's night out and it’s going to be amazing! There will
be manicures, cheesecake and massages + everyone will get a thank you gift bag
full of goodies (worth over $100!) All while chatting about being a mum
and how to bring bits of joy into your life + parenting.
Why: It's a safe space
for women to connect with other local mums and learn fun new ways to set
boundaries and say no, remember who they are, make time for self-care and
figure out their goals + priorities
