A trucker might be considered smoking in the workplace but, for many, it is also their personal living space when they are on the road.
What possible harm is this man causing to society that would be different than smoking in his own home?

If the trucked owns his rig and keeps the windows rolled up then no problem. The real problem is when the trucker stops at rest areas and dumps his ash trey on the pavement. Also some drivers think it is OK to throw their butts out the window. have you ever seen a burned area on the shoulder. I bet you have, the cause a cigarette of course.
