Problem Gambling Prevention Week Sept. 22 to 28, 2014 --where to go for help!



September 22-26 is Problem Gambling Prevention Week in Windsor, and the Responsible Gambling Council (RGC) is reaching out to the friends and family of people with a potential gambling problem providing information about how to spot a problem, protect themselves and get help through local resources.


 
According to research from the Responsible Gambling Council (RGC), one in 10 Ontarians report being negatively affected by someone else's gambling.


That means that about 29,900 adults in the County of Essex are estimated to be negatively impacted.


RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING COUNCIL WILL BE AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS DURING THE FOLLOWING TIMES:


 
-CAESARS WINDSOR CASINO, 377 RIVERSIDE DRIVE EAST Wed. Sept 24, 5 - 9 pm; Thurs. Sept 25, noon - 3 pm;
 Fri. Sept 26, 5  - 9 pm ;Sat. Sept 27, 5 - 9 pm;
 Sun. Sept 28, noon to 4 pm


 
-PARADISE GAMING CENTRE BINGO, 2340 DOUGALL AVENUE, Thurs. Sept 25, noon - 3 pm


 
-WINDSOR BREAKAWAY GAMING CENTRE BINGO
655 CRAWFORD AVENUE, Fri. Sept 26, noon - 3 pm
